1) It's necessary in order to confirm the booking to send us a confirmation mail; we'll answer that mail with our bank details as soon as possible. To perform the booking it's requested to pay us a deposit of the 40% of the total amount. (You can even pay the deposit using your credit card via Paypal).
The bank transfer has to be made not later than 7 days after the confirmation mail's date; it's also necessary to send us a mail with the confirmation of the payment. Otherwise the booking will be considered aborted and the room will be available for other people. The rest of the amount will be payed at the arrival in cash money.

2) The room will be available from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. of the arriving date (exept for different previous agreement); otherwise the room will be considered available for other people without any duty to refund for the B&B.

3) Guests must leave the room until 10 a.m., only after giving back the keys of the room.

4) It is forbidden to smoke inside the room. Free unattended car park; we decline all responsibility for any damage or theft).

5) Whenever the B&B could not accept the booking for some unpredictable reason the deposit will be refunded.

6) In case of cancellation from the guests will be followed the next modalities:
a: in case of cancellation 40 days or more before the arrival the deposit will be totally refunded
b: between 40 and 20 days before it will be refunded at 60%
c: lesser than 20 days before it won't be refunded

7) PET OSPITALITY RULES: In the "Amaranto" B&B pets are welcome! It is anyhow necessary to follow some rules: pets must be controlled and they must not disturb neither the neighbours and the family or the two dogs that live in the B&B; the pets are under their owners' responsibility for all the length of the stay and B&B's owners won't be considered liable for any damage they may cause to things, persons or other animals; guests must clean the droppings of their own pets; guests must give their availability for an hour when they will take care of the pets while B&B's personal is cleaning the room. We kindly ask our guests to keep their pets inside the room when they are away from the room and during the night, for avoiding their pets to escape or disturb the neighborhood.In the "Amaranto" B&B pets' owners will find two bowls and a clean bedding to use. Guests that won't obey these rules won't be considered no longer as customers of the B&B and there won't be any refund for them.

8) That regulation (items 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) is considered to be agreed when you perform the booking.
